On your day of arrival your room is available from 2 pm onwards and are reserved for you until 6 pm. You you choose to arrive later than 6 pm, please let us know via telephone beforehand. Otherwise, we resell the room to our next guest.

On your day of departure we kindly ask you to leave your room until 10.30 am the latest.

In order to make a binding reservation we kindly ask you to transfer a deposit of EUR 100,00 per person via postal service or bank transfer on our bank account at the Raika Kitzbühel bank.

Dogs are allowed in our hotel. We charge EUR 8,00 without food per day.

If you choose to stay less than 2 nights, please be informed that we invoice a surcharge of 10%.

 € 1,- per person and day. This tax is already included in our room prices.

If you cancel your booked room less than 14 days prior to your day of arrival be informed that we invoice 80% of the total amount of your reservation.

If you choose to leave earlier as stated on your reservation confirmation, we charge the remaining nights of your booked stay.

The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH 2006) are valid.

Your deposit will be added to your next reservation respectively retained.

We offer you an especially low priced and needed travel cancellation insurance.
